My Method

I use The Alignment Cycle as my framework.

Phase 1: Pain & Pleasure- Identify Big Picture Vision of Success & Stubborn Pain Points in Achieving that Success.

The goal is to align on the vision that you’re moving towards and identify outdated behaviors and beliefs that may be causing loss of energy and attention, costing you impact and time in achieving impact and success.

Phase 2: Testing the Waters- Embodied Action

Build confidence and deepen self-preserving limits (boundaries) as we transition awareness into a roadmap through meaningful reflection on values and take aligned action that rebuild self-trust and capacity (time, energy, & resources).

Here, we create momentum one observation, breath, and shift in communication at a time. We know what needs to change, but struggle in doing so in a self-validating way.

Phase 3: Authentic Integration – Build Momentum Aligned with Your Sense of Sovereignty

The goal here is to build your systems for success, at the end of Phase 3 you will be equipped to implement new boundaries & routines with intention in the context of your real life, as well as increased or preserved energy, you notice increased confidence and emotionally intelligent action as you gain comfort with responsive communication without self-sacrifice.

Phase 4: Celebrate & Maintain

Here, we focus on rewarding your hard work and creating processes for you to find your way back to the discoveries we unveiled, should you find old habits returning over time.
